Founded in 2018 by a strong Raleigh community desire to celebrate LGBTQ Pride in the Capital City. Our mission is to provide awareness, education and financial support resources to LGBTQ communities at large.

MATT COZZIChair/Treasurer
Matt is the General Manager of Legend’s Nightclub, where he has served the community for the past 7 years. He also serves as a Board Member of the Alliance of Aids Services in Raleigh, NC.

Matt’s wealth of knowledge and experience managing events within the LGBTQ community provides him with the needed talents to provide guidance, leadership, and understanding to the Board of Directors of NC Pride at Night. His incredible passion for the LGBTQ community and the opportunity to increase awareness, education, and ability to increase financial support to the community at large, is exactly why he has chosen to start and be a part of this non-profit.

April Norris

April is the Director of Communications and Marketing for the NC State College of Veterinary Medicine where for the past seven years she has been focused on content development, digital communications, visual design strategies, media relations, institutional messaging and brand management.

Her twenty years of experience and expertise in marketing and visual storytelling has helped her think differently about the types of stories brands can and should tell. She believes there are positive ways to use storytelling that highlight and empower the LGBTQ community and this is why she chose to serve on this Board and the community.

Jessie Taylor

Jessie is the Installation Services Leader for Poblocki Sign Company where he manages a team that installs signage and branding around the US. He is originally from Southern California and moved to North Carolina in May of 2012.

In 2015, Jessie decided to start working with NC Pride and later NC Pride at Night. His love for the LGBTQ community and experience in event management and leadership has made him a perfect fit.

Jessie is a foodie, coffee connoisseur, and loves to bring people together.
